During 2021 Teacher Appreciation Week, Teams in Austin & Houston took to the roads to deliver food and gifts to more than 600 teachers.
“We know that these past two years have not been easy for teachers with the curriculum and schedule changes due to Covid, so we thought what better way to say thank you for all of your hard work than by giving them free breakfast!” Explained Amber Treybig, Marketing Director.
Fran Pardo, Director of Area Operations in Austin said her team delivered Honey Butter Chicken Biscuits, Classic Sausage, Egg and Cheese Sandwiches and Oatmeal Bars to local schools near the Wendy’s.
“The teachers were truly surprised and it was nice seeing our teams being so eager to give back,” said Pardo.
